The menu “tasting” that every bride and groom participates in with their caterer can be one of the most fun portions of the wedding planning process.  It can also be one of the most overwhelming for a bride.

What are some of the pitfalls?  Some brides bring too many people to the tasting with them.  (I say: limit the opinions that you surround yourself with!  Too much is too much!) Some brides overwhelm themselves by scheduling tastings with three or more caterers.  (Again, too much is too much!)
