Where do I even start? I want to thank you for doing such an amazing job with the Smith Anniversary party on Saturday night. Of course, the service was tremendous, the food was outstanding and the presentation, creativity, and attention to detail is unmatched. All of those things are standard when I’m working with Entertaining Company. What I want to thank you the most for is your team’s ability to take an outdoor party that has just been caught in a monsoon and turn it into the most beautiful, elegant indoor party without missing a beat. Those guests had no idea that what we ended up with was not at all what we planned. Cori, Keith and team just took everything they had already set up and flipped it in such a way that was so flawless and seamless, it was almost mesmerizing to watch!

I know we’ve done some great parties together, but I think this was my favorite. The heat, the humidity, the rain, none of it stopped your team from taking care of my clients and their guests and in a professional, elegant and delicious manner. I have never had so many people ask me who the caterer was. I have never had so many people ask for the caterer’s business card. I have never had so many people tell me what a great job I did by bringing this particular catering company in.

This crowd goes to a lot of fancy affairs, galas and parties. I know for a fact there were many picky palettes at this event and everyone was not only pleased, but beyond impressed.

I know I keep mentioning your team, but let’s face it, your team is only as good as their leader and you are the best. I so enjoy working with you and I know that no matter what happens you will always have my back. That confidence is priceless. Julie, you are truly one of a kind and if I could do every party with you, I would. Thank you for your patience and flexibility with this client and with me.

I recently hired Entertaining Company to cater 4 corporate meetings that consisted of staffed breakfast, lunch, & snacks for 80ppl for a total of 7 days. First of all, Kenny Woodman, Sales/Stylist/Planning, is a catering genius!! He is soo easy & fun to work with, has the BEST & most creative ideas, and knows how to execute better than anyone I’ve ever worked with. I quickly realized that I didn’t need to worry about anything – which is a wonderful feeling. Normally a picky and selective group, the meeting attendees loved & raved about the food throughout the week! It is very apparent that Entertaining Company values high quality product, menu diversity, amazing flavors & beautiful presentation. Let’s talk about the staff…We were so lucky to have Tello, Yeny & Georgin for the entire week! WOW, they were extremely professional, efficient, pleasant and anticipated our every need. I so appreciate their hard work and extreme professionalism. Thank you guys!! Entertaining Company excels in all areas and I HIGHLY recommend them for any type of event!!

We were planning to wait to thank you until we officially got our stationery, but I have been getting such rave feedback on the food that I can’t wait any longer! None of our friends can stop talking about how incredible the food was… Seriously, from the minute we got downstairs in cocktail hour, people couldn’t stop raving about how great the food was and what their favorite apps were. We can’t thank you enough for your patience with us and for playing such a big role in making our wedding so incredible! We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out!!

“Wow” seems to summarize what most people had to say about the food at Michael’s bar mitzvah – “wow” the food was delicious in every way, “wow” the variety was unbelievable, “wow” the presentation was beautiful, “wow” your staff worked hard and were top notch. The list goes on. Thank you so much for helping us put on a party to remember. Your ideas and guidance were amazing. One of the many items people keep raving about is the sea bass. I can’t eat fish, but based on the feedback, I was definitely missing out.

Thank you so much for all you put into the wedding. We had a great experience with you and your staff. I know my cousins loved your bartenders. For example, my brother said he finished a beer and by the time he walked up to the bar the bar tender already had a new one placed out for him wrapped in a napkin. We also loooooved that a server came up with wine for me and liquor for tom right after we were announced and up on the balcony steps. Plus two of every appetizer presented to us up there was an amazing touch. I will never forget that moment.The food was excellent, even better than at the tasting! Even my aunt who is an amazing indian cook was impressed and that means A LOT. Plus, my mom will never stop talking about the tasting!

Noah’s bar mitzvah was something I don’t think most people have ever seen in their entire life. I have received calls not only from the adults, but also from several kids who couldn’t believe what they were eating! The Entertaining Company should be re-named ‘The AMAZING Entertaining Company” because it is, and more importantly, so are you!

Everything you have done, the time you had spent going over and above the norm, will never be forgotten. You are truly a unique, outstanding professional and a very special friend.

Kalman and I went to Mosaic at the Hellenic Museum last night and we had the best food at a fundraiser ever. You do such good work!!

I wanted to thank you for a job well done. I have to say we were somewhat skeptical with the idea of serving high quality food and cocktails in our home venue. We have heard nothing except raves about the food and level of service. Our guests were served and attended to in a way that is not duplicated at the finest of five star hotels. We were so pleased with the way the night went and your company was a big part of it.

Have to say that nobody can touch the quality of work you do with cocktail parties! You really have mastered the art and logistics of these down pat. It’s a great luxury to be able to attend to my guests with the confidence that your crew will make everything work splendidly. I want to thank you and your staff for the spectacular job you all did at Karen’s memorial. The entire event was the perfect tribute to my sister’s life and death. I have received numerous texts, emails and calls praising every detail of the day, from the service to the weather (like I could control that!), especially the food and flowers. Your staff handled it all with courtesy, deference and outstanding professionalism. And the presentation was second to none.

With regards to my mom’s 70th birthday, I want to share with you all of the high compliments and rave reviews I received from the party; mostly having to do with the food and decor of course. I was most flattered because I had several guests ask me when I was planning on opening my business of party planning. Ha!! If only my life could be about throwing fabulous parties all the time!

But really I cannot take any of the credit for how my mom’s birthday celebration turned out to be. I merely had the vision and you were the one to help me make it come to life. Your endless list of resources and ideas and your keen eye for detail made planning the event with you a real joy.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for all that you did to make it the successful evening it was. From the music, to the flowers, to the food and ambiance; it was a night all of my family enjoyed greatly and will not be forgetting anytime soon.
