Employee Spotlight: Olivia Zapolis

We’re ecstatic to announce we added a dynamo new sales consultant to the EC team this summer. Everyone, please meet Olivia Zapolis! A chicagoland girl at heart, Olivia hails from the southwest suburb of Orland Park. Her adventurous spirit eventually led her to cross the Atlantic to pursue a history degree at Kingston University in London. Her passion for all things entertainment and hospitality developed during her time working with The Wimbledon Hotel overseas and has continued to grow. Most recently, Olivia acted as the Events Manager at Chicago’s Hilton, leaving after a five-year run to pursue new experiences.

Olivia’s ambitious, adventure-seeking personality has taken her to destinations all over the world—Greece, Italy and Scotland, to name a few—but her absolute favorite spot was France. In fact, she and our own Denise Robinette are currently taking a French class together! In her free time, Olivia has spent the summer playing volleyball (another passion of hers) and hanging out with her two adorable rescue dogs at the beach. She can’t wait to learn and grow in the fast-paced, ever-changing EC environment, and we couldn’t be happier to have her. Welcome to Entertaining Company, Olivia!
