All Things Chocolate

In December, we catered a corporate holiday party that was all things chocolate. There was an element of chocolate in every single bite. From the waiter-passed hors d’oeuvres, to the dinner station and of course ending with some chocolatey desserts. They completely transformed their office space and the co-workers were extremely wowed by the entire evening. “The Chocolate Holiday” was a huge hit. To be honest, we were a little nervous about adding chocolate to things that are typically savory. But our chefs took the ideas and ran with them. We were also very inspired by this concept. It has encouraged our Creative Culinary Director to start thinking even further outside of the box. He has since created some new and delicious items that will definitely make their way onto other menus. For example, cocoa-rubbed Baby Back Ribs, triple chocolate beef and bean chili and charred cauliflower and shishito peppers with picada sauce. Our executive chef is also experimenting with new and unusual ways to use Mexican Moles. Ask you sales consultant to add a chocolate element to your next event menu. Trust us, you must try these dishes before you judge!
