Beer, Wine and Spirits Manger for EC, Tom Sierra, has spent the last month putting together some fantastic new options to shake things up, artisanally. Our EC food is made by hand, and small batch, so why shouldn’t the same standard apply to our cocktail program? We’re excited to assist more of our clients pair these specialty beverages with their custom menus.
In the spirits category, we’re pleased to now offer Koval Vodka which is 100% organic, and made right in the Ravenswood area, Chicago. Death’s Door Gin from Wisconsin is from around the corner in Wisconsin and is based on wild juniper berries mixed with coriander and fennel. From Journeyman Distillery, located in Three Oaks, Michigan, we are offering Buggy Whip Wheat Whiskey which is 100% wheat, with a caramel, earthy, nutty flavor. Few Bourbon , produced in Evanston, has a malty sweetness with caramel and vanilla.
