Preserved lemons, olives and artichokes; grilled asparagus with roasted heirloom carrots; asiago whipped potatoes; grilled peach salad with arugula, burrata, pickled red onion, cherries and white balsamic vinaigrette; freshly baked baguette and whipped sea salt butter; homemade sweet treats.

Grilled Halibut Fish Tacos

Jicama radish slaw; corn tortillas; Sriracha aioli; corn elote; cilantro lime rice; chopped salad with with romaine, tomatoes, radish, avocado, cilantro; queso, charred corn, lime vinaigrette; tortilla chips with pico de gallo; churros with chocolate sauce.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin

Whipped horseradish, grilled garlic broccoli, crispy smashed Yukon Gold potatoes with rosemary and olive oil; chopped caesar salad with romaine, shaved parmesan, oven roasted tomatoes, caesar dressing; grilled garlic bread with marinated tomatoes and fresh herbs; sweet treats.
