Crispy Chicken Florentine

(Boneless chicken breast) with blistered tomatoes, lemon butter sauce, roasted haricot verts, frizzled onion garnish, whipped Yukon Gold potatoes; arugula salad with strawberries, blueberries, goat cheese and citrus vinaigrette; freshly baked baguette and whipped sea salt butter and sweet treats.

Salmon Filet

Citrus zest, roasted citrus and shaved fennel, grilled Summer vegetables; crispy sundried tomato risotto cakes; Summer salad with arugula, heirloom carrot ribbons, feta, pepadaw peppers, fresh herbs, herbs vinaigrette; freshly baked baguette and whipped sea salt butter, and sweet treats.

Tuscan Grilled Beef Tenderloin

Peperonata sauce, grilled garlic broccoli, crispy smashed Yukon Gold potatoes, rosemary and olive oil; chopped Caesar salad with romaine, shaved parmesan, oven roasted tomatoes, Caesar dressing; grilled garlic bread with marinated tomatoes and fresh herbs + sweet treats.
