Chicken Tacos

Guajillo chili sauce, corn & flour tortillas, queso, shredded lettuce.
Housemade tortilla chips, guacamole & pico di gallo, corn elote. Chopped Salad: romaine, pepitas, tomatoes, radish, avocado, cilantro, charred corn, queso, lime vinaigrette. Mexican chocolate & banana empanadas.

Grilled Halibut

Preserved lemons, olives & artichokes Orzo with pesto (nut-free) & spinach, shaved pecorino & charred lemon wheels. Grilled summer vegetables.
Baby arugula salad: basil, shaved watermelon radish, parmesan, heirloom tomato wedges, champagne vinaigrette. Freshly baked breads & whipped sea salt butter. Sweet treats.

Steak Frites

Grilled beef tenderloin, au poivre sauce and crispy shoestring potatoes.
Roasted heirloom carrots. Butter lettuce salad with cherry tomatoes, goat cheese & white wine dijon vinaigrette. Freshly baked baguette & whipped sea salt butter. Sweet treats.

Brioche French toast casserole with cinnamon swirl, topped with berry granola, maple syrup. Frittata: blistered tomatoes, zucchini, spinach, feta & fresh herbs, topped with fresh arugula. Apple maple chicken sausage.
Summer berry muffin mix. Streusel topping to be freshly baked in your home! Fresh fruit and berries. Freshly squeezed orange juice.
