Brined and Grilled Chicken Breast

Lemon, rosemary, oregano, thyme, charred lemon wheels; grilled summer asparagus with lemon butter potato wedges, fresh herbs and sea salt; grilled caesar salad, grilled crostini, shaved parmesan and caesar dressing; flatbreads with roasted red pepper spread; sweet treats.
$18.00 per person – 5 person minimum

Grilled Halibut Fish Tacos

Jicama radish slaw, corn tortillas, sriracha aioli, corn and cauliflower fritters, cilantro salsa, and cilantro lime basmati rice; chopped salad with chopped romaine, tomatoes, radish, avocado, cilantro, queso, charred corn, lime vinaigrette; tortilla chips with pico de gallo; Mexican chocolate and banana empanadas.

Grilled Beef Tenderloin Kebabs
