For this Labor Day, we want to honor and celebrate our incredible EC kitchen team. We went to the kitchen to ask some of our staff what they love about working at EC and what challenges they face! [twocol_one_last]While talking to Antonio, he said that his favorite thing about working at EC is how accommodating they are to the staff in relation to pay. EC is very fair and really takes care of their staff. Antonio mainly focuses on making our pastries, which he says he really enjoys, and his favorite pastries to make are the cakes for our wonderful EC clients. The location of parties that he enjoys working the most are house parties, because working these parties allows him to see different residences throughout the city. He truly enjoys working with the other members of the staff and in the EC kitchen.[/twocol_one_last]

When talking with Moises, he says that his favorite part about working for Entertaining Company is how accommodating the company is for taking time off In the kitchen, Moses loves to focus on making the variety of breads that EC puts in their bread baskets because there are so many different kinds. His favorite types of party to work are the small parties. For Moises, the early hours that come with working in the kitchen are still hard!

[twocol_one_last]Joel says that his favorite thing about working for EC is that every day is different. Unlike a restaurant with a set menu, each day he gets to make new, creative foods and incorporate his own ideas. His favorite type of food to make is Asian food, because there are so many different things you can do with it. Joel says that his favorite type of event style to prepare for is family style. When asked how EC has changed during his time working here, Joel says that it has been great to see how much EC has grown over the years and that growth has made the company continue to have a fast paced environment. However, the early hours in the morning still are hard to wake up for some days![/twocol_one_last]

[twocol_one_last]During our interview, Sammy said his favorite part about working for EC is the environment of the kitchen and the other staff members that he gets to work with each day. His favorite thing to make in the kitchen is the variety of sauces that EC comes up with to offer their clients. His favorite type of party format is family style. When asked what the hardest part about this job is, Sammy says that his biggest challenge is making desserts.[/twocol_one_last]
