Ovation Chicago

Ovation, once a working foundry, is an event space unlike any other in the city. Though it’s been reimagined into a deluxe event space, the venue has retained the industrial-rustic charm of its original conceit. With exposed brick walls, unique metal chandeliers and candles in every windosill, Ovation has one foot in modern design and the other in an Chicago era bygone. Beyond the storied history within those walls, the building actually features state-of-the-art sound and AV tech—plus a photobooth (now a must-have at any wedding celebration). Ovation is also home to a cutting-edge Chicago DJ collective called Style Matters, and, yes, they would LOVE to bring their best tunes to your event. Guests celebrating a wedding, anniversary, birthday or other special occasion can roll up to the cocktail hour in style—Ovation offers a one-in-a-lifetime ride in a classic 1959 Rolls Royce. The main loft area makes a perfect dance floor for any kind of fete, and the “avant-garde garden” attached to the building offers a lush green backdrop for photo opps.
