Catalyst Ranch

Walking into Catalyst Ranch, you’ll be greeted by bright splashes of color, a pastiche of quirky furniture and wall decor, and some of the friendliest faces in the city. The Ranch opened in 2002 with the goal of housing stimulating, sustainable spaces for creative folks. There are six individual spaces within the 2-floor suite, each with its own theme and personality—and with names like ChaCha, Mambo and Foxtrot, they’ll loosen up your brainstorm muscles and make you feel footloose and fancy-free. The meeting spaces are perfect for business luncheons, panels, meetings and more. Catalyst Ranch also welcomes quirky couples looking for an offbeat ceremony and reception space for their wedding day. The venue is also a haven for the green-minded, with eco-friendly initiatives including on-house composting, LED lighting and exclusive use of biodegradable serveware (no plastic here!). Plus, the Ranch will donate all unserved food from your event to Pacific Garden Mission, the oldest homeless shelter in Chicago.
