Overlooking the winding Chicago river, the Bridgeport Art Center boasts a totally unique cityscape view. Part museum, part rentable venue, the century-old building contains two distinct event areas—the Skyline Loft and the ground-level Sculpture Garden. Below vaulted skylights and raw steel and wood beams, the vast room is the perfect blank canvas for a daylight lit party. We love it for wedding ceremonies, luncheons and cocktail receptions. The Sculpture Garden offers both covered and uncovered outdoor space, as well as a humble indoor space for seasonal events. It’s decorated with rotating sculptural selections from local Chicago artists, making it feel uniquely local. Located in Bridgeport on the southwest side of the city, the venue is reflective of its eccentric, diverse neighborhood locale. With a Kosher kitchen, Bridgeport Art Center is perfect for Jewish weddings and cultural celebrations. We’ve also catered countless South Asian weddings and events in either (and both!) of the spaces.
