Wendy Pashman
President/Global Nomad/Grande Dame
Wendy Pashman, Owner and Founder of Entertaining Company, turned her passion for living boldly through celebration into her full time occupation when she began her own catering company in 1989.
A self-described wanderer, Wendy spends her time collecting and cataloguing worldly inspirations like precious keepsakes. Passionate about all things lush and colorful, Wendy’s thirst for culture informs her reputation as “The Idea Caterer,” as she crafts vibrant celebrations that are one-of-a-kind; showcasing delicious, always-changing menus, lush décor and fantastical settings.
Wendy and her ever-supportive husband, Michael, have two daughters, Remy and Anna. In 2015, Wendy founded The Storied Table, an online store featuring unique products for home entertaining and dining.

Julie Fitzgerald
General Manager/”Office Glue” (Scissors and Rock, too)
The always-busy Julie is constantly in search of the 48-hour day, but would settle for the 6-day workweek. She is the one who cheerfully dots every “i” and crosses every “t” when we aren’t even looking and we are convinced she has more than two hands. Julie has been with Entertaining Company since the very early days and is as responsible for who we are today as Wendy is! She knows every side of the business, from sales to operations to logistics and she can even recognize our client’s voices on the phone before they introduce themselves. As such, she is officially the “voice” of Entertaining Company!
In short, we would all be lost without her. While we know that this little write up is making you wish she worked for you. She’s all ours, so hands off!

Norma Maloney
VP of Marketing & Business Development
We felt like we won the lottery when Norma joined us in 2010. After being the Vice President of Lettuce Entertain You’s Special Event Division for 15 years, Norma is wise, fun and the gal that you want to walk into the party with because she knows everyone in the room. She’s a pro at turning dreams into a reality – and that benefits our treasured clients as well as our fearless leader, Wendy.

Denise Robinette
Senior Sales Consultant
Denise has been in the hospitality industry for 20-plus years and is our maven of all things entertaining. If you see a blond blur dash by when you visit the Entertaining Company offices, it’s probably Denise. She’s a busy gal who produces more than 600 events per year. That’s nearly 2 events per day for those of you who are fuzzy on math.

Kenneth Woodman
Sales Consultant
Kenneth is keen on design and can’t help but give his affairs a little touch of the theatrical. He’s all about the big un-veil. Perhaps his interior design background has a little something to do with that. Kenneth’s signature is the fact that he always dashes off a little something extra – a little Bang! Wham! Pow! From textiles to props to design elements that create a setting where the food can really take advantage of its starring role and be noticed – just like Kenneth himself.

Regan Tate
Sales Consultant
Regan suspected her future lay in food when she eschewed Sesame Street for The Food Network at the age of 3. Today, she combines her passion for food, fashion (she’s a fashion blog aficionado!) and travel, (she’s been to all 50 states!) as a key member of our creative and planning team.

Tom Sierra
Operations Manager
Tom, a 23-year veteran of the catering industry, is our esteemed hospitality manager. He oversees the front-of-house, operations, and staffing; giving our Entertaining Company wait staff that signature service style that makes them all efficient and at ease. When Tom isn’t at work he enjoys spending time with his wife, Ashley, and sons, Dylan and Parker. – He also collects rare vinyl records. (A hold-over from his 20 years as a DJ on the side…).

Brady Gallagher
Staffing Manager
Brady, our tireless EC staffing manager and sommelier extraordinaire, is all about pairing a seasonal dry Alsatian Pinot Blanc, Volnay or dry rose with a tasty snack whether from classic French cuisine or Chicago’s best taqueria. Brady loves the acidity of a Volany but his favorites are from Pommard. Even while out in the country, Brady, enjoying a few short vaca days of relaxing bucolic scenery, manages to fit in a visit to a winery in the Leelenau and Old Mission Peninsulas. He is excited to know that quality wine makers are so close by! Approachability and professionalism are the mark of Brady’s style. As the person responsible for identifying and training EC staff, Brady is always personally inspiring to the EC team and believes that if everyone is having a good time then the party is a success. We’d agree.

Paige Colvin
Sales and Marketing Assistant
Hailing from a small beach town in Michigan, Paige is now exploring her way through Chicago one restaurant at a time. Whether planning the EC holiday staff party, writing a blog, creating an insta story, writing a catering menu or packing a box for The Storied Table, Paige’s smile and easy breezy manner is calming to us all! After four years in the event coordination side of events, Paige believes that NOTHING is more impressive than amazing service and loves nothing more than keeping an eye out at our parties for opportunities to surprise and delight our guests. We count on Paige for keeping us current with food and event trends not to mention her ability to never miss a Kodak moment in or out of the office.

Juve Morales
Hailing from Michoacàn, Mexico, Juve knew that he had cooking in his soul at the tender age of 12 and he hasn’t had a moment of doubt since. Juve prides himself on his work at Entertaining Company, feeling strongly that when he cooks with love and passion his guests can taste the difference. Juve and his wife have four young children, three boys and a girl, and a beloved family dog named Frieda Kahlo.

Jacqueline Rowley
Sous Chef
Organized and a ray of sunshine in our kitchens! Jacqueline attended Le Cordon Bleu and studied patisserie after working in her family owned restaurant kitchens for 10 years. Olympia Fields Country Club gave Jacqueline hands on experience at prep and pastry along with influencing new menu items. Catering comes naturally to Jacqueline… nothing is too big or too small for her to tackle! Hoop Dancing keeps Jacqueline happy in her off time along with her cats, Little Mama and Boots!

Keith Standley
Senior Function Director
Keith began in catering at the tender age of 15, working as a porter … 27 years later (the last 20 as a star player at Entertaining Company) he makes all the pieces come together at events, large and small. When Keith has some free time he loves to hike, fish, bike ride, and ski.

Tammy Koepp
Senior Function Director
Tammy has been with Entertaining Company for over 17 years, running parties of all types for many diverse clients in a wide variety of venues and homes! Tammy believes every party is unique and all of them require teamwork and attention to every detail. At the end of every party, Tammy asks the client “what would you have changed about today …the best answer is… I wouldn’t change a thing!” Tammy has been married for 33 years, has three daughters and five grandchildren -Wow !

Corie Szesny
Senior Function Director
Corie loves to organize, plan and execute parties and does it all with grace and style! Corie has seen and done them all working for Entertaining Company. Corie is married, has 2 grown boys, 3 dogs and the luck of the Irish.

Eleuterio “ Tello” Vazquez
Function Director
According to Tello, “E.C is like a family, a great one; and I’m grateful to be part of this family. I had worked for other companies, but when I started working here at E.C, I knew I had found the right company to work for. I believe in teamwork, respecting others, and having fun are what makes this business work.”

Damaris Martinez
Function Director
Damaris, a spunky mother of 3, and a “glamma” to one little boy, has been with our company for a few years now; bringing sass and energy with her. After working in an office most of her life, she realized she was in the wrong field and joining Entertaining Company has completely changed her world, allowing her to bring her natural born talent to the events. Damaris is passionate in her work and has a keen eye for all beautiful things. In her black converse all-stars, Damaris is ready to take on whatever project comes her way.

Marissa Giardini
Finance Manager
Marissa is Entertaining Company’s resident numbers expert. She is on-point every day and keeps everyone in the office in line – and on line-item. We feel for Marissa as she spends every day keeping all of the “creative types” focused, but no one on earth could do it with more charm or grace. Marissa has her Master’s in Accounting from University of Chicago and her CPA. We’re totally impressed.

Sheri Simon
Financial Strategist
Sheri has spent over 30 years teaming up with creative entrepreneurs, helping to build and grow their businesses by strategically designing their human and financial infrastructures. Being able to work effectively within a creative culture takes right brain and left brain acumen. The numbers help tell the story and validate some of the wild and crazy ideas that come from the creatives at Entertaining Company. Being at the Executive Committee table enables her to initiate some of her own fun ideas, but always couched with realism, respect, and yes, dollars! Sheri has a BSBA in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis, and has been a board member of many different organizations.
